By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, accepting a quotation, making payment or travelling with NOIR Executive Travel, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a booking.

  • Port transfers
  • Railway station transfers
  • Executive chauffeur services
  • Corporate travel
  • Event transportation
  • Multi-stop journeys
  • Hourly chauffeur bookings

The specific service provided will depend on the booking confirmation issued to you.

Our website currently promotes services using professional chauffeurs, executive-class vehicles, flight monitoring, luggage assistance and pre-arranged pickup services.

02

Booking Requests

Bookings may be requested through our website, telephone, email or another booking channel made available by us.

When submitting a booking request, you may be asked to provide details including:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Company name, where applicable
  • Pickup location
  • Destination
  • Date and time
  • Airport, port or station
  • Flight, train or cruise details
  • Passenger numbers
  • Luggage quantity and type
  • Vehicle or service preference
  • Special requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete and accurate.

A booking request is not automatically a confirmed booking.

The website specifically states that customers should wait for confirmation after submitting the online booking form.

03

Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only when NOIR Executive Travel communicates acceptance of the booking by email, telephone, SMS, booking confirmation or another agreed method.

We may need to contact you before confirming a journey to verify:

  • Pickup and destination details
  • Flight or travel information
  • Passenger numbers
  • Luggage requirements
  • Vehicle suitability
  • Additional stops
  • Special requests
  • Final fare

Customers should check the confirmation carefully and notify us promptly if any information is incorrect.

04

Fares and Pricing

Where a fixed fare is confirmed, that fare applies to the journey described in the booking confirmation, subject to these Terms.

The website displays guide prices for common airport, port and railway routes, but states that the final price may depend on the exact journey details.

Factors that may affect the final fare include:

  • Pickup and destination
  • Travel distance
  • Time of travel
  • Vehicle class
  • Number of passengers
  • Amount of luggage
  • Additional stops
  • Airport or parking charges
  • Waiting time
  • Special requests
  • Changes made after booking

Prices shown on the website should therefore be treated as indicative unless specifically confirmed as a final fare.

05

Standard and Executive Services

NOIR Executive Travel may offer different vehicle or service categories, including standard and executive options.

The price may vary according to the selected service type.

Customers are responsible for choosing a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and the amount of luggage being carried.

If the selected vehicle is unsuitable because incorrect passenger or luggage information was supplied, we cannot guarantee that the journey can proceed as planned.

Additional vehicle arrangements may result in additional charges.

06

Payment

Payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process.

Depending on the booking, payment may be required:

  • At the time of booking
  • Before the journey
  • Through an agreed secure payment method
  • According to corporate account terms
  • At another time specifically agreed with us

A booking may not be treated as fully secured until any required payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for checking payment details before authorising a transaction.

07

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are planned using the flight information supplied by the customer.

Where valid flight details are provided, we may monitor the flight in order to adjust the pickup timing for delays or early arrival.

Customers must provide the correct:

  • Airline
  • Flight number
  • Departure or arrival airport
  • Scheduled arrival or departure time

If flight information is missing or inaccurate, our ability to monitor the journey may be limited.

NOIR Executive Travel cannot be responsible for problems caused by incorrect travel information supplied by the passenger.

08

Meet and Greet

Where meet and greet is included or confirmed, the chauffeur will attend the agreed meeting point.

Driver details or meeting instructions may be sent by email, SMS or telephone before pickup.

Passengers should keep their telephone available where reasonably possible after arrival.

If you cannot locate your chauffeur, contact us before leaving the agreed meeting location or making alternative transport arrangements.

09

Waiting Time

The website currently states that airport transfer services include one hour of complimentary waiting time.

Waiting arrangements for non-airport journeys may differ.

Additional waiting time beyond any included allowance may be chargeable.

Where delays occur, we will aim to manage waiting time transparently and communicate any relevant additional charges where practicable.

Waiting time caused by circumstances outside our control may still be chargeable where the chauffeur and vehicle have been reserved exclusively for the customer.

10

Passenger Delays

Passengers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time.

For journeys to airports, railway stations or ports, customers should allow sufficient travel time for traffic, check-in, security and other delays.

NOIR Executive Travel may provide guidance, but the passenger remains responsible for selecting an appropriate departure time.

We cannot guarantee that a customer will catch a flight, train, cruise or other connection where delays arise due to traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, security incidents or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11

Flight Delays

Where flight tracking is available and the correct flight number has been supplied, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup time automatically.

The website specifically states that flight details are used to track arrivals and departures and account for delays.

However, flight tracking information is provided by third parties and cannot be guaranteed to be completely accurate.

Customers should contact us if there is a significant change to their travel arrangements.

12

Cancellations

Customers should notify NOIR Executive Travel as soon as possible if they need to cancel a booking.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on factors including:

  • How much notice is provided
  • Whether a chauffeur has already been assigned
  • Whether the journey has commenced
  • Vehicle arrangements already made
  • Parking, airport or third-party costs incurred
  • The nature of the booking

Any specific cancellation fee communicated during the booking process or contained in an individual quotation will apply to that booking.

Where no specific fee has been stated, we will aim to apply a reasonable charge reflecting the work and costs already committed.

13

Changes to a Booking

Booking changes are subject to availability.

Customers should notify us promptly if they need to change:

  • Pickup time
  • Pickup location
  • Destination
  • Passenger numbers
  • Vehicle class
  • Luggage requirements
  • Flight details
  • Additional stops

Changes may result in a revised fare.

A change is not confirmed until it has been accepted by NOIR Executive Travel.

14

Additional Stops and Route Changes

The confirmed fare is based on the route and journey details agreed at booking.

If a passenger asks for additional stops, significant route changes or extra waiting time during the journey, additional charges may apply.

The chauffeur may refuse a requested route change where it would create a safety issue, cause excessive delay or make the service impractical.

15

Luggage

Customers must provide accurate information about luggage when booking.

The vehicle must have sufficient capacity for all passengers and belongings.

We may refuse to transport luggage that:

  • Cannot be safely accommodated
  • Blocks visibility
  • Interferes with vehicle safety
  • Exceeds available luggage capacity
  • Contains prohibited, dangerous or unlawful items

Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings.

Passengers should check the vehicle before leaving at the end of the journey.

16

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully towards chauffeurs, other passengers and company property.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey where a passenger:

  • Behaves violently or abusively
  • Threatens the chauffeur
  • Causes a safety risk
  • Damages the vehicle
  • Carries illegal substances
  • Refuses to follow reasonable safety instructions
  • Creates conditions in which the chauffeur cannot operate safely

Where a journey is terminated because of passenger misconduct, a refund may not be provided.

Customers may also be responsible for reasonable cleaning or repair costs caused by their actions.

17

Smoking and Vehicle Care

Smoking or vaping may be prohibited within vehicles used by NOIR Executive Travel.

Passengers must treat vehicles carefully.

Where excessive cleaning is required due to spills, sickness, damage or unreasonable mess caused by passengers, an additional cleaning charge may apply.

Any deliberate or negligent damage may also be charged to the responsible customer.

18

Children and Passenger Safety

Customers travelling with children should inform us when booking and tell us about any specific seating requirements.

Where a child seat or specialist equipment is requested, availability should be confirmed before travel.

Passengers must comply with applicable UK seatbelt and child-restraint requirements.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children during the journey.

19

Chauffeurs and Vehicles

We aim to provide properly maintained executive vehicles and professional chauffeurs.

The website currently promotes a fleet including Mercedes-Benz E-Class Saloon and Estate vehicles.

Where a specific vehicle model has been requested, we will make reasonable efforts to provide it.

However, vehicle substitution may occasionally be necessary due to:

  • Mechanical problems
  • Safety concerns
  • Vehicle servicing
  • Driver availability
  • Unexpected operational issues

Where possible, a suitable vehicle of comparable standard or capacity will be provided.

20

Vehicle Breakdowns

Vehicles are maintained with the intention of providing safe and reliable transportation.

Nevertheless, mechanical problems may occur unexpectedly.

If a vehicle becomes unavailable or breaks down, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement vehicle or alternative solution.

We cannot guarantee that replacement arrangements will prevent all delays.

21

Traffic and External Delays

Journey times shown on the website or provided during booking are estimates.

Actual travel times may be affected by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Roadworks
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Weather
  • Public events
  • Police activity
  • Security restrictions
  • Airport congestion
  • Other events outside our reasonable control

NOIR Executive Travel cannot guarantee exact journey durations where such circumstances arise.

22

Corporate Bookings

Corporate customers may book services on behalf of employees, clients or guests.

The person or organisation making the booking is responsible for ensuring passengers receive relevant journey information and these Terms where appropriate.

Separate corporate account terms may apply where agreed in writing.

23

Customer Property

Passengers are responsible for their possessions.

We will take reasonable care with luggage handled by our chauffeurs, but we are not responsible for loss or damage that arises from inadequate packaging, fragile items or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost property found in a vehicle should be reported as soon as possible.

Where an item is located, arrangements for collection or delivery may be agreed. Delivery charges may apply.

24

Website Use

The website is provided for legitimate information and booking purposes.

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Disrupt website operation
  • Submit fraudulent bookings
  • Impersonate another person
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

We may block or restrict access where misuse is suspected.

25

Website text, logos, branding, graphics, photography, layout and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal or legitimate business purposes.

26

Limitation of Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, NOIR Executive Travel will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

27

Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events reasonably outside our control.

These may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Flooding
  • Road closures
  • Transport disruption
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil emergencies
  • Security incidents
  • Natural disasters
  • Major technical failures
  • Other exceptional events

We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption where possible.

28

Privacy

Personal information provided during enquiries and bookings will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and our Privacy Policy.

Journey information may be used to organise the booking, assign a chauffeur, monitor flights, communicate with passengers and provide the requested service.

29

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a journey or booking experience, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Booking name
  • Date of journey
  • Pickup and destination
  • Description of the issue
  • Any supporting information

We will review complaints reasonably and aim to respond appropriately.

30

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, website, operating procedures or applicable law.

The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings.

Changes will not normally alter a previously confirmed booking unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

31

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless another applicable legal requirement provides otherwise.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to statutory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction.
